11 Jul Physical and Motor Development Classes for 3-12 year olds
Little Thrivers is a kids specific exercise program designed by our team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Exercises physiologists. It is aimed at maximising your child’s physical and motor development in a fun and interactive class. Over the years, we have noticed that it is becoming increasingly common for us to see children experiencing low tone, poor co-ordination, retained primitive reflexes and difficulty crossing the midline. This is impacting children’s ability in their academic, sporting and every day life activities.
We aim to get to the root of the cause of your child’s movement dysfunction and address it in a fun and dynamic group environment. By addressing these issues early on, there may be a positive impact on confidence, ability and academics

An assessment with a paediatric chiropractor is required prior to starting the classes to allow us to individualise your child’s program to best suit their needs and requirements. The classes will run with the school term on Tuesday’s and Wednesday afternoons by our exercises physiologist. The class size will be very small to ensure we are able to dedicate time to your child.
Kindy (age 3-5 years) Tuesday/Wednesday 3.15-3.45pm
Primary (aged 6-12 years) Tuesday/Wednesday 4.00 – 4.30pm
