Shenal Sundaram holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage (2007) and completion of Neuroscience unit at Endeavour College of Natural Health. Over the years he has treated several sporting teams, players and events including The Brisbane International tennis tournament, the Wallabies rugby team, Canadian women’s and Mooloolaba Triathlon. He has previously practice managed one of the largest Remedial Massage clinics in the country.
Shenal is always keen to help and guide people to live healthier and pain-free lives. Treating musculoskeletal conditions and complex range of motion issues, as well as general aches/pains. I am always happy to help find the right treatment plan to achieve the best possible outcomes for every individual need. Shenal is particularly passionate about treating dancers from both amateur and professional backgrounds. Being a latin dancer himself, he understands the demand and toll it can take on your body.
Using a range of techniques including Myofascial cupping, Dry needling, joint mobilisations, positional release techniques, kinesio taping and assistance in rehab activation exercises or stretches.
