At Thrive Health Co. we see a lot of patients in pain, whether it be tight muscles, sore joints, sharp, dull, constant, intermittent type pain. Once we get your out of pain, here’s what can you do to help keep yourself pain-free?
It all comes down to one thing; How. You. Move.
Have you ever been taught how to move correctly?
- How to ‘de-load’ your lower back?
- How to stand, and walk optimally?
- How to fire the correct muscles?
These are all essential for a healthy, pain-free body.
By learning how to move your body the way it was designed, you will stay out of pain.
So what is the one thing you can do every week to keep you out of pain?
We guarantee you will actually Thrive 🙂 (pardon the pun) Through performing a range of mobility, stability, and strength exercises you will learn to activate the right muscles, you will learn how to move optimally, you will give your body the movement supplements it is craving for and you will stay out of pain. This will ensure you are in optimum physical condition for work, for your exercise regime, for your sport, for your everyday life.
Classes are run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who specifically works with pain patients with a variety of joint or muscle aches, pains and injuries.
Classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, Tuesday at 9:30am, and Saturday at 7am and 8am.
Classes are tailored to all conditions, all ages, complete beginners, experienced exercisers, everyone is welcome. Come and see how your body likes it!
